Brand and Communication Manager

At Koinbros, we're hiring for a Brand and Communication Manager to take our company, product and brand story to the next level. You will work cross-company to create the next chapter in the evolution of our company brand. This is a new position as we are rapidly growing and our industry is rocketing into the mainstream. Your work will be crucial to ensuring that we become a household name.

Who we are:

Koinbros is a cryptocurrency trading firm. We are focused on agency and proprietary trading of digital assets. By providing liquidity to different exchanges, we are often the first to spot trading opportunities worldwide.

For our clients, we help them buy and sell cryptocurrency products, manage risk, and access liquidity. Our customisable solutions provide customers with immediate liquidity and yield enhancements for holding crypto. This is especially important for post-ICO/fundraised companies in need of treasury management expertise.

What you will do:

Brand Management

  • Execute our brand strategy with an emphasis on growth and regional internationalisation
  • Ensure and promote a positive view of our branding
  • Unify brand identity across all customer touch-points

Corporate Communication

  • Develop communication strategies that deliver business value
  • Develop high-level messaging on crucial, complex, fast-moving and/or sensitive matters
  • Increase quality and quantity of media coverage
  • Be the critical point of contact for our effort to build an industry initiative

Social Media and Video Creation

  • Create and edit ad publications for Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and native advertising platforms
  • Create engaging video content that sells, informs, teaches and inspires
  • Manage social media channels and other online services to reach the mainstream audience

What you need to succeed:

  • Experience in advertising, marketing, or brand management for consumer brands with a proven ability to develop effective and engaging brand marketing programs
  • Experience in focusing creative teams on overarching strategy and designing efficient branding processes that maintain brand consistency
  • Experience in strategic messaging and positioning. You must be able to effectively construct a compelling message or story that resonates with the target media or user base
  • Ability to engage and connect with people, and exceptional English writing, editing skills, and scripting
  • Natural ability to communicate empathetically with various current and potential customer segments
  • Strong understanding of video KPIs as related to video marketing
  • Can-do attitude. Given a problem, quickly understand the requirements and output a solution
